What should I do if camera motion detection doesn't work?

1. Please ensure that you have granted SuperStrive access to your camera in your iOS Settings.
2. Make sure you are in a well-lit environment and the camera can see your full body clearly.
3. Ensure you are completely visible in the frame before starting the exercise.
4. If the issue persists, try placing your device against a stable surface and standing approximately 2-3 meters away.

What should I do if App blocking doesn't work?

1. First, make sure you have granted Screen Time access permission to SuperStrive.
2. Open iOS Settings -> Screen Time -> Apps with Screen Time Access, and ensure SuperStrive is toggled on.
3. Verify that you have correctly selected the specific apps or categories to be blocked within SuperStrive.
4. App locking uses Apple's official Screen Time API. Occasionally, iOS may experience delays; try restarting SuperStrive or your phone to refresh the Screen Time status.
