Put a boundary around distracting apps.
Choose the apps or categories that most often consume time without intention. This is not a permanent ban; it creates a pause before the automatic tap.
When you reach for a distracting app on autopilot, SuperStrive pauses the entry point. Complete real movement, then unlock a bounded window for intentional use—the goal is not more screen time, but breaking the doomscroll and returning attention to daily life.
SuperStrive restricts the apps you choose. When you reach for one on autopilot, complete real movement first, then unlock a bounded window for normal use. The point is not more screen time—it is to interrupt doomscrolling and return the choice to you.

Complete real movement from your plan. If you choose a squat or jumping-jack camera workout, on-device detection recognizes supported motion and counts reps.
Movement opens a usable window. When the allowance ends, the restriction returns so one unlock does not slide back into endless scrolling.
The problem isn't just your lack of discipline. Most of the time, you're missing a system that actually helps you start and stay consistent.
You need a system that creates a pause, gets your body moving, and returns everyday app use to clear boundaries.
Local adaptive rules use readiness, training load, stress, and recent activity to suggest pushing, easing off, or recovering. AI Coach is a Pro conversation tool, not the source of every baseline decision.
Manage indoor and outdoor plans. For squats and jumping jacks, you can opt into on-device front-camera detection and rep counting; raw frames are not stored by default.

Set a stage goal, follow the supporting metrics, and turn recent data into a review. Progress is more than a streak.
These are current product screens: your daily recommendation, training plan, and long-term goals and metrics live in one system.

SuperStrive’s AI is more than a chat box. Talk or type about training, sleep, and recovery. With your permission, the Coach can use recent workout and health summaries to help build a training plan, then revise it with you as your schedule, goals, or readiness changes.
Talk training: decide what to do today and how hard to go
Talk sleep and recovery: understand trends, then train, ease off, or rest
Build a plan: create a savable draft and keep refining it
You choose what to share and which suggestions to use. AI Coach provides general fitness and wellness support, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Not just giving you a route map, or a workout log.
From map tracking, voice prompts, to auto lap and post-workout smart review — SuperStrive turns an outdoor activity into a clearer, more feedback-rich process.
One practical choice based on your current state. Less hesitation, less internal friction, more actually starting.
It turns an automatic tap into a pause: move first, use the app with intention for a limited window, then restore the boundary when time ends.
You're not repeating the same day — you're lighting up the next node. What you leave behind isn't just badges — it's the feeling of actually moving forward.
For the busy, exhausted, yet rhythm-seeking you.
Work, study, and errands consume your attention, leaving little energy or decision-making power for exercise. You don't lack motivation to start — you struggle to start consistently. You know exercise matters but find it hard to sustain in real life.
What you need isn't stronger willpower — but a clearer, gentler, and more sustainable system.

No. An iPhone is enough for the core experience. With permission, Apple Watch can add workout and recovery context when you wear one.
No. The core experience only needs an iPhone. Camera mode is optional and currently used for squat and jumping-jack counting.
When you use related features, SuperStrive may request camera, microphone, location, notifications, and health data permissions. Camera for motion detection, microphone for voice input and AI coach interaction, location for tracking outdoor exercise routes and activity paths, notifications for training reminders and feedback. Health data is only used when you authorize it to help analyze and generate more suitable recommendations, and with your authorization, certain workout data can also be written to your health records.
SuperStrive is local-first: raw HealthKit samples and camera frames are not centrally stored. Account, session, subscription, sync, diagnostics, and limited analytics data may be processed by services such as Apple, Supabase, and RevenueCat. When you use AI, relevant prompt content is sent to the selected AI service to generate a response. We do not sell personal information; see the Privacy Policy for details.
No. SuperStrive provides exercise, activity, and rhythm-related assistance — not a substitute for doctors, physiotherapists, or other professional medical advice. If you have injuries, pain, or special health conditions, please consult a professional first.
The core experience has three main tabs—Today, Training, and Growth. Local guidance shapes today, movement interrupts doomscrolling and unlocks bounded intentional use, and goals, metrics, and reviews show long-term change. Squats and jumping jacks offer optional camera detection; AI Coach is a Pro feature with text, voice, context, and plan editing.
For those who sit a lot, have irregular routines, and always want to start but struggle to stay consistent. It's not designed for the few professional trainers — it's for people who want to bring activity and training back into their daily lives.
You just need a system that's easier to start and easier to sustain.
