Health data is only used when you authorize it to help analyze and generate more suitable recommendations, and with your authorization, certain workout data can also be written to your health records.

We don't store your data on our servers — and we don't sell it. Your personal data is stored in your own iCloud account. We support BYOK, letting you connect to a data provider of your choice. AI-related features don't record any of your personal data.
